Common Questions About Reporting a Bin

We want donating to be simple and stress-free. Here are answers to the most common questions we receive.

  • How do I report a bin?

    For fastest service, please text 801.735.5805. When you text, please include the following:

    • Your Name:
    • Exact Address of Bin:
    • # on Bin:
    • What is wrong with the Bin: (ie. Bin Full, Bin Damaged, Stuff outside of bin, etc.)
  • How soon should I expect a response to my bin report?

    We do our best to reply to ALL requests within 24 business hours.

  • What do I do if someone is taking items from a bin?

    Thank you for being aware of this issue. If you see this happen, please contact your local police station to report the issue.

  • How often do you service the bins?

    We service ALL bins at least weekly. By service this means we come by, gather materials, clean up around bins and make sure everything is working correctly.
