More Than Donations—A Sustainable Solution

Turning Everyday Giving Into Community Support

Donations 2 Feed exists to create a simple, sustainable way for communities to support local families in need. By collecting gently used clothing, shoes, and textiles, we transform items that might otherwise go unused into meaningful financial support for trusted nonprofit partners.

Our model allows generosity to multiply. Instead of relying solely on traditional fundraising, donated goods are repurposed to generate ongoing revenue that helps fight hunger and food insecurity throughout our region—especially through our partnership with Tabitha’s Way Local Food Pantry.

Every bag placed in one of our bins represents more than a donation—it’s a practical step toward stronger neighborhoods, reduced waste, and consistent help for families who need it most.

A Welcoming Place to Volunteer and Serve the Community.

I love volunteering here! I love that someone (Tabitha presumably) saw a need and took action. The people who manage this pantry are awesome! They’re all so friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The new pantry is setup just like a store and has so many volunteers to help answer questions and guide or direct those who come shopping. I’m so glad I started volunteering here!

Grateful for the help and the opportunity to rebuild.

Thank you so much for helping everyone in need. I’m very satisfied with the service and the things we were able to buy for our home. I’m truly grateful. God bless all those organizations that are there to help people.

Jairo Guzman
Kind, respectful people making a real difference.

Every single volunteer that I encountered was helpful and courteous and kind. They did not seem judgmental and listened to what you actually had to say. I WILL be going back to help them. Great place.

Common Questions About Donating

We want donating to be simple and stress-free. Here are answers to the most common questions we receive.

  • What items can I donate?

We gladly accept clothing, shoes, linens, blankets, pillows, belts, bags, backpacks, purses, and books. If it’s clean, usable, and textile-based, we can likely take it.

  • What items are NOT accepted?

We cannot accept furniture, electronics, mattresses, car seats, strollers, baby furniture, broken or unusable items, paint, chemicals, or hazardous materials. These items are costly to dispose of and reduce our ability to help those in need.

  • Can I leave donations outside the bin if it’s full?

No—please do not leave items outside the bin. Donations left outside can be damaged by weather, create cleanup costs, and take resources away from supporting families in need. If the bin is full, we encourage you to check back later or visit one of our other nearby donation bins. You can also help us keep bins serviced quickly by sending a text message to the number listed on the front of the bin to let us know it’s full.

  • Where do my donations go?

Your donations do more than clear space in your home—they help put food on the table for local families. By partnering with trusted community organizations, donated clothing and household items are transformed into sustainable funding for Tabitha’s Way Local Food Pantry. In 2025 alone, the Donations2Feed Clothing Program helped provide more than 600,000 meals to families in our community. Together, your generosity creates real, lasting impact right here at home.

  • What should I do if a bin is full or needs service?

Call or text (801) 735-5805 to let us know. Our team can schedule an emptying so the bin is ready for use again.
